Music Gallery Live

What is Music Gallery Live?

Independently planned event

Collaboration live of painting, music and light

Both painting and music are ways to express what's inside of you.
These two have many things in common.
Emotions and expressions that are not words can be expressed in this space.

In addition to the world of light that I have been involved in, stage lighting.
I want you to enjoy it live.
Ongaku Gallery Live was created to plan a live performance that people can watch, listen to, and feel.

greeting

Music Gallery Live was also held for the fifth time.

This time it will be held in my hometown of Kyoto.

We were able to perform at a live house called Parker House Roll.

Then, with the kindness of Master Nakajima, I was given a chance to paint for a week.

We decided to exhibit it, and it will be held at the live house as it is.

I am also lucky enough to hold a solo exhibition.

The reason why this music gallery live started was,

When I was just starting to draw, Mr. Takase told me about the flow of the story.

“If Chiemi-chan decides to have a solo exhibition,

I'm going to play to celebrate! ” were the words.

At that time, my motivation to do a solo exhibition was doubled!

Even though I didn't have any paintings yet, I decided on a venue and a date for my solo exhibition.

I called Mr. Takase. (lol)

It's been 10 years since then.

Every time I hold a solo exhibition, I continue to perform at the music gallery Live.

There is a picture I drew for this live show.

The song was created at this live performance,

Painting and music began to truly collaborate.

The first thing that happened was a really trivial conversation.

That's where you can get a lot of power out of yourself!

Also, I am truly blessed with the people around me.

Now that I have an environment like this where I can do what I want,

I have family and friends who support me.

Colleagues and seniors who cooperate with us when we hold an event

Because we have customers who come to see us,

Before I knew it, 10 years had passed and I was able to hold the event five times.

I am still able to find meaning in my life through painting and my work in lighting.

This is undoubtedly thanks to everyone involved.

I definitely want to continue doing this in the future.

Thank you for your continued support.
